I spun my wheels for years feeling like I was ‘less than’ others because I didn’t have the tools that I’m about to share with you.

I had a million excuses including motivation, a lack of money, and… a secret binge-eating habit.

My name is DeAnne Jacobson. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients over the past 15 years as a group fitness director, group fitness instructor, a certified personal trainer, and most recently an online health & fitness success coach.

Have you ever heard of the Compound Effect? It’s the seemingly small, insignificant choices that we make on a daily basis that determine the overall structure of our lives.

Whether you drink Coke, or water.

Whether you eat a bacon cheeseburger with fries or a lettuce-wrapped burger with a side of vegetables.

THAT is where the power is.

Indulging in bad habits doesn’t have an immediate effect on our lives.

We don’t have a heart attack while we’re eating a bacon cheeseburger. Our thighs don’t double in size when we eat ice cream. We don’t get diabetes when we drink one Coca-Cola.

But our daily choices compound over time, and this is what makes the structure of our life.

With this in mind, people want to know exactly what they need to do.

They want to build a strong foundation built on solid habits.

My profession- fitness- is built on motivating and inspiring others.

We know that most people give up when they feel alone and defeated.
